Abdi KESİMAL

Vice President

He was born in Rize in 1961. He graduated from the University of Istanbul Technical as a civil engineer. He was elected into the Kartal Municipality Council in 1999. He was the Member of Executive Committee and Vice President between 1999-2004. He was elected again into the Municipality Council during the local election in 2004. He is married with two children and he speaks English.

Lawyer Cevat ÖKSÜZ

He was born in Trabzon in 1960. He graduated from law faculty of Istanbul University in 1987. He worked as a lawyer in Sultanbeyli Municipality in 1990. He worked as a director of law office between 1991-2000 in Sultanbeyli Municipality. He was nominated to Kartal Municipality as a director of law office in 2000. While he was carrying on this duty, he was taken up his Vice President duty in 2004. He is married with four children.

Murat BÜYÜKCE
Vice President

In 1968, he was born in Üsküdar, Istanbul. His family orgions come from Elazığ. He graduated from the University of Anadolu, School of Management, Finance. He was first appointed in Samandıra Municipality as the Director of Account Affairs in 1992. Afterwards Mr Buyukce in He worked in Kartal Municipality as the Director of Registrar and Decisions between 1995-1998. He worked for IGDAS between 1998-2004. He was elected into Kartal Municipal Council in 2004. Since the December of 2005, he has been working as vice president. He is married with two children.

Unsal KIRAC
Vice President

In 1954, he was born in Bayburt. He went to the primary and secondary school in Trabzon and Bayburt. After his secondary school education, he went to Gumushane for the purpose of higher education.
In 1979 Mr. Kırac worked in Kırsehir 3 years and then in 1983 he worked at Kahramanmaras Adult Education Centre as a director. Shortly after, he was appointed the Culture Ministry, the Culture Directorate of Istanbul Province as the manager of a branch office and worked here for five years. Right after 1994 local elections, Mr Kırac was appointed as the Vice President at Kartal Municipality and he is still working as the Vice President and married with four children.

Zeyyat GÜMÜŞ
Vice President

He was born in Mardin in 1975. He graduated from architect faculty department of city and regional planning of Istanbul Technical University in 1998. He started his work life in Pendik Municipality in 1998. He worked as a vice president in same municipality. He was nominated as vice president in 2004 and is still going on the duty. He is married with a child.
